How long does it take to arrive? 

– Shipping Egypt: 3 to 5 working days.
– Shipping rest of the world: 7 to 14 working days.

How long does it take to produce a wallpaper? Production takes 2-3 working days.

How can I pay?  We accept Bank Transfers & Card payments

Do I pay when I make an order? First you will receive an E-mail with the design you choose fitted on your wall dimension and a payment link if you would like to pay with your card or you can do a bank transfer. To start production we have to proceed with the payment.

What is the material that we print our designs on? we use NON-WOVEN it's like the traditional wallpaper which needs to be applied using a good quality adhesive.

Do we provide installation? we provide installation in Cairo and it's for free if your order is 10 sq meter or more.

What is the price per square meter? The prices are 350 EGP per sq meter + shipping costs 

How do I calculate the size of my wall if I have a door, a window or a wardrobe on it? You must calculate the full size of the wall as well as the size of the element.

How do I order wallpaper?

1 – You can send us the measures you need for your wall so we can tell how much it will cost or you can calculate it 
2 – Let us know where you are to quote the shipping cost.
3 – Tell us the name or image number of the wallpaper you want.
4 – After budget approval, see if you like the proposal we send you by email.
5 – If everything is OK, you will then make the payment.
6 – You will receive the package at your door!

Can I change the color of the background of the wallpaper? Yes, some wallpapers can be personalized by changing colors.

Can I personalize the wallpaper by adding a name?  Yes. you can add a name and it's for free.

How do I hang the wallpaper? You must follow the instructions provided on the Installation pages. 

What preparation is required? Walls must be painted in plastic matt paint. You must brush off area to be covered with a stiff bristle brush to remove all dirt and loose material. You must allow it to dry thoroughly before applying the wallpaper. Any holes, cracks or defects in the surface should be filled with a good quality filler, smoothed out and allowed to dry.

Does it require specific material to place the wallpaper?  For Non-Woven Wallpaper, you must have a good quality glue and we can provide the German glue that we use and it is for free.

Is the wallpaper washable? Yes, slightly soiled or dusty surfaces can be cleaned with a mild, non-abrasive, bleach-free detergent using a moistened, soft cloth or natural sponge. Dab the surface with the damp cloth/sponge (do not rub). Finally, rinse with a cloth/sponge soaked with clear water.

Can I return a wallpaper?

Order can be returned only if received wallpaper is not as per approved design. (For Customized Designs)Received wallpaper is not as per ordered dimensions.
